How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also log in to your account on The Phir Story website and view order history to track most recent order

How do I return an item?

Effective immediately, TPS will no longer accept returns on purchases. However, we are pleased to offer free relisting for all items to TPS Bazaar within 48 hours of purchase.

What is your relist policy?

We strive for your total satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, TPS allows you to relist it on TPS Bazaar within 48 hours at no cost to you! This ensures you receive the full payout once the buyer accepts the item.

What happens if I miss my relist window?

You always have the option to reconsign items that have passed the return window. Simply fill our form and we will have you set up in no time.

How can I contact your couriers?

If you have a shipping concern, you can contact the courier with the information provided in the shipment email you would have received.

FAQ- CONSIGNORS

What if my item doesn't sell?

The Phir Story will keep your item(s) on our virtual store for 1 year (365 days). If the item(s) do not sell we will reach out to you and you will have the option to either request a return OR to relinquish title to your garments. For more details please refer to section 2(c) in our Consignor Terms.

What if I change my mind about consigning my item?

If you change your mind about your Consignments, please email us at admin@thephirstory.com. We will then process your request and should there be no sales pending, will return the item(s) to you at Your expense. Please refer to Section 2(c) of our Consignor Terms for more details.

How much commission will I receive?

Commission Rates vary based on the value of the items your are selling. Please refer to ourCommissions Tablefor more details.

How do I track my sales?

You can track your sales under your "My Sales" page when you login to your account.

When will I be paid?

Commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month following the month your item(s) sells. Example: If your item(s) sells in December, you will be issued commission on January 15. 

What designers do you accept?

Currently, we accept all Pakistani luxury retail brands. If you are unsure please feel free to reach out.
