Free shipping anywhere in the U.S.
Shipping to Canada is a flat $10. We currently only ship within the U.S. and Canada.
If The Phir Story Ships Your Order
Please allow 3–4 business days for processing and shipping. If you’ve added dry cleaning, allow an additional 2–3 business days.
If The Seller Ships Your Order
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to ship. Sellers have a 7-day maximum to ship. If your seller doesn’t ship within that window, your order will automatically be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund.
Returns & The Phir Guarantee
We don't accept traditional returns, but we do want you to feel confident buying preloved.
Every order is covered by our Phir Guarantee. You have 3 days from delivery to let us know if something isn’t right.
If your item:
- Doesn't match the listing description
- Arrives damaged
- Has a significant issue that wasn't disclosed
Email admin@thephirstory.com within 3 days of delivery with photos. A real person will review your case and work with you to make it right.
If the item isn't as described
You'll receive a full refund.
If the item is exactly as described, but simply isn't for you
No worries — we'll relist it on TPS Bazaar for free, and you keep what it sells for.
After 3 days, all sales are final.
