Shipping policy

United States: We ship to all 50 states. Please check the shipping status of each product before purchase. 

Ready to ship: Orders placed Monday - Friday by 4 pm EST are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4 pm on holidays will be processed the next business day.

2-4 days warehouse processing time: These products ship within 2-4 days after the order is placed. 

Free shipping on orders over $250.

Canada: We offer free shipping to Canada on orders of $250 CAD or more every day. Shipping rates on orders under $250 CAD are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose.

England: We offer shipping based on request, please email us. The Phir Story is not responsible for any duties, fees or import tax(VAT) that will be charged upon receiving the item.

Please note that orders must meet designated free shipping minimums after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
