Shipping policy

Where we ship

United States — all 50 states. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Canada — $10 flat on every order, with no minimum. You may owe import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. Those aren't included in your total and we don't collect them.

We don't ship anywhere else right now. If you're outside the US or Canada and you want something, email us and we'll see what's possible.

How long it takes

Some items ship from us, some ship straight from the seller. Your order confirmation tells you which one you've got.

Shipped by The Phir Story — give us 3 to 4 business days to get it ready, then it's on its way. If you added dry cleaning, add another 2 to 3 days.

Shipped by the seller — most sellers ship within 2 to 4 days. Every seller has 7 days. If yours hasn't shipped by day 7, we cancel the order and refund you in full, automatically. You don't have to chase it.
