The 48-Hour Inspection Window: Payouts are processed 48 hours after the tracking shows as "Delivered." This window allows the buyer to confirm the item matches the listing and is authentic.

Inauthenticity & Misrepresentation: If an item is proven inauthentic or "Substantially Different," the buyer will be refunded in full. In these cases:

Any shipping or processing costs incurred by TPS due to seller error may be deducted from the seller's future earnings.

TPS reserves the right to permanently suspend sellers who list inauthentic items.
