Every item sold on The Phir Story is backed by the Phir Guarantee.

Authenticity, reviewed.

We review every listing before it goes live. Seller-shipped pieces are reviewed through photos and listing details, while Concierge pieces are physically reviewed by The Phir Story team before they’re listed.

If an item is determined to be inauthentic, you’ll receive a full refund.

As described, or your money back.

We ask sellers to provide as much detail as possible, including chest, hip, shirt length, trouser length, shoulder measurements, condition, and any known flaws. Designer-provided images may also be used as a reference when real photos aren't available.

Please measure yourself before purchasing and compare your measurements with those provided in the listing.

If your item doesn't match the description or measurements provided, arrives damaged, or has a significant issue that wasn't disclosed, email admin@thephirstory.com within 3 days of delivery with photos or other proof. We'll review the issue and make it right with a full refund when the item is not as described.

If the item matches its listing but doesn't fit or simply isn't right for you, we don't offer a refund. Instead, you can relist it on TPS Bazaar for free and keep what it sells for.

After 3 days, the sale is final.
